How do I log in to the wholesale portal?
Use your registered email and password. If you’ve forgotten your login, use the “Forgot Password” link or contact Support.
Can I change my account details (email, password, address)?
Yes, log in and navigate to Account > Settings to update your information.
How do I add additional team members to our account?
Contact Support, we can set up sub-accounts with separate logins and permissions.
What if I forget my password?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page, and you’ll receive a reset link by email.
Can I see my previous orders?
Yes, go to Account > Order History to view, download invoices, or reorder.
How do I place an order?
Browse Products, add to cart, and checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card, bank transfer, and approved credit accounts (for established partners).
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, the minimum order value is $250 (ex GST) per transaction.
Can I backorder products?
Yes, backorders are available for select items. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
When will I be charged for my order?
You’ll be charged at checkout, or on invoice terms if you’re on an approved credit account.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 2PM ship the same day. Standard delivery is 1–3 business days across NZ.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.
Do you offer express or Saturday delivery?
Express shipping is available for most regions; Saturday delivery may be arranged by request.
How much is shipping?
Flat rates apply based on weight and region; free shipping for orders over $1,500 (ex GST).
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within New Zealand only. Contact Support for export inquiries.
Where can I find product manuals and guides?
Visit the Resources section to download manuals, price lists, and brand assets.
Do you provide product training?
Yes, training sessions (in-person or online) can be arranged. Contact Support to schedule.
How do I get marketing materials for your brands?
Logos, banners, and product imagery are all available in the Resources section.
What’s your warranty policy?
All products include a 12-month warranty (unless otherwise stated). Warranty claims can be lodged via Support.
Can I return items?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items in original packaging. Contact Support for an RMA.
